Sweet spot and megsthread

First, can anyone send me to the megathreads, I can no longer find them. Second, I am having trouble with the sweet spot. I am unable to create dizziness or lightheadedness when I apply manual pressure to the carotid arteries near the top of the neck. I can feel the pulse great. I do get a sense of oxygen deprivation
