8 years ago I didn't have a bus ticket.
For 7 years, I haven't received any information from the court or the creditor.
Significant interest has been accrued.
The bailiff took money from my bank account.
I have a negative balance in my account.

I am not capable of working - asperger;
I have been struggling with depression for years, and now this.

That is fucking awful, credit debt like that is predatory. Are there any charities that can help with debt relief?

I searched on Google and couldn't find any foundation that provides free assistance to get out of debt. Poland is supposedly a Catholic country, but in practice, these people don't help. If this is how it looks, then this assistance is merely for show. It's not sufficient. Catholic foundations do not offer affordable housing. The only assistance you can receive from them is meaningless telephone support, or a soup on the street at specific times, and then you're left for yourself.

Ok maybe they will help for free https://www.academiaiuris.pl/

I tend to perceive reality in negative tones because, generally, most people here are terrible. However, I must admit that there are some individuals who genuinely want to help.

However, I don't know to what extent this is genuine help and how much of it is just a show for promotion, which is typical of such people. Perhaps my optimism is premature.

Even in my city, there is supposedly free assistance available at the court. https://www.szczecin-centrum.sr.gov.pl/darmowa-pomoc-prawna,new,m2,260.html,187 However, I'm beginning to suspect that the waiting times are long, and the assistance provided might not be as helpful as it's made out to be.

Now, when I search calmly without emotions, I find... Even the city hall offers free legal assistance, and the appointment slots are short; https://bip.um.szczecin.pl/chapter_131015.asp

However, it's only legal advice... It's not the same as comprehensive assistance. No one will represent me in court.
