usually people do an SN protocol which includes fasting, antiemetics and benzos, which will reduce the negative effects of SN prior to loss of consciousness, such as vomiting of anxiety. of course these effects are still possible, and i haven't seen these videos, but it's possible that they did not follow the protocol.

Yes you're probably right, but here they say it's a fairly gentle method but I get the impression it's pretty violent all the same
