Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

usually people do an SN protocol which includes fasting, antiemetics and benzos, which will reduce the negative effects of SN prior to loss of consciousness, such as vomiting of anxiety. of course these effects are still possible, and i haven't seen these videos, but it's possible that they did not follow the protocol.

I'm guessing you're talking about the post of the three Chinese people that got quickly removed. The poster had only one post and the title was in poor taste something like "new SN videos just dropped" as if it were a new Katy Perry video.
I think what concerns people is what's known as "agonal breathing" where the person is unconscious but doing labored and audible gasping that appears as suffering apparently it doesn't equate to pain and suffering though. You can search one of the hospice channels on youtube to learn more about it.

As long as you closely follow the protocol it's a gentle way to go. My friend told me it was actually quite a comforting feeling. I hope you feel the same way.
