Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Study on various categories of substances, number of cases and mortality

Amitriptyline and doxepin as the deadliest. Not counting with Amoxapine, Desipramine and Imipramine because of their small sample size (their LD50s are twice as high as well)

oh. do you mean to support sn?
My preferred methods are CO (this one is ready to go) but I would also consider amitriptyline, or morphine / fent. If I could get access to any of those. SN is certainly a good way, but the process incl fasting and possible vomiting isn't what I want to go through.

failure rates.

mine as well but have to wait til late fall. no way i can try it in this heat. i watched a lot of documentaries on f. if i had more energy and could walk better i'd fly back to the states or m and try to get some there.
LOL welcome to the club! I actually have the same problem with the summer heat and the CO method ^^ That's why other no-heat-dependent methods would be nice.

failure rates.

Legit concern, i saw a post a few days ago where a guy said he tried 2x the "lethal dose" of Amitriptyline and survived. I have noticed that "lethal dose", when it comes to LD50 is not reliable when planning to CTB, because the human body can sometimes be very surprising at dealing with drugs and work in mysterious ways to neutralize it.

When one plans on ending himself with drugs or toxic substances, one should aim at the most lethal stuff they can get their hands on and take 5 to 10 times the LD50 if they want to succeed.

And what about the failure rates of CO?

they are well documented here..

Seems like I should add this

TCA/TCA+propranolol is my preferred method after research. The main factor is that you need a lot of time, 24-36 hours for 100% certainty. I'm sure I can provide it for myself, don't even think about trying if you can be found at this time.

However, I will not recommend the method, do your own research, I have read people (not only on this forum) found and saved from overdose. Some talk about the peacefulness of the method (fell asleep and woke up in the hospital days later), others about irreversible damage after treatment and severe anxiety while waiting for amitriptyline to take effect.

Just wanted to warn you if you're reading this. Nobody wants failure, or worse, permanent damage. Your decision is your responsibility.

wish you the best

It's a matter of probabilities, lethal dose is an average displayed on a non-linear graph

And what about the failure rates of CO?
well all figures from different studies are different. the lowest i've seen was a 60% success rate but others reported close to 80.
