Discussion Stealing N from dentist during final moments

*edit to add disclaimer- I'm not saying I want to or am thinking about doing this. Just a scenario that popped into my brain of a funny newsbreak and wondered if y'all thought someone could actually pull it off. More details on what I meant in my replies*
So, I had a random thought pop into my head. If I had my plan set to ctb, what do you think the possibility is of being able to steal a thing of N overnight from a dentist office and then take it back home to ctb right away? Ridiculous, I absolutely know, just a funny thought I had and wanted y'all's opinions on the idea, too. I know N is not available for purchase pretty much anywhere, but I know dentists do use it for anesthesia. Idk anything about N so idek if the kind the dentists have is enough to let you ctb. But yeah, what are your thoughts? Do you think someone could actually do that?

coming from a recovered kleptomaniac, there's cameras everywhere now, and a place like a dentist's office i can imagine has some sort of high security. it doesn't sound like a good idea.

I worked as a pharm tech in a hospital and if you plan to die the same day you can get some goodies while stocking for the operating room. That's the closest I got to potentially lethal drugs that I'm walking around with under little supervision. You can just walk out with it, but the cameras are on and the clock would be ticking to discover you and the drugs are gone. I came close to stealing amitriptyline in a previous pharmacy but suckered out. Retail doesn't have much to offer.

I would have a hard time not being tempted as a vet tech.

anyway, before you use N or any other method for that matter make sure that you know what you're doing. read about N, its effects, its risks, its process, etc. there are threads in this forum that explain this method further.

You can get arrested and make your life harder than it already is. As above commenter said, there are cameras everywhere and you will be caught.

At some veterinary clinics in some countries it could be possible. Or not. But getting a job as a receptionist at the veterinary office and trying to gain their trust just to learn that they actually keep it locked all the time sounds so exhausting, that many methods sound much easier. No mention going through a vet school just to get access to N sounds so exhausting that I'd consider even train or jumping as preferable, at least there's a chance of being over it quickly.

Yeah! I was curious about the whole shortage thing and had nothing better to do so was looking up random shit and saw that dentists use N as the anesthetic they use to put you to sleep if you're getting extensive work done. I've had it used on me a couple times when I was a kid, although I never knew it was N til now.

I never thought about the fact they would prolly lock it up lmao was just thinking it'd still be on the lil trolly in the rooms lmao and I appreciate the thought, but no desperation here (at least not yet) I know in the future I'll probably have a plan set up to ctb but atm I couldn't imagine doing it anytime soon let alone how I would do it. I've just heard N is the best way to go, and that coupled with the newfound dentist info led me to the adhd thought of if you could steal it

I'd consider even train or jumping as preferable, at least there's a chance of being over it quickly.

Oml I couldn't imagine doing all of that just for the *possibility* of getting some N but yeah, if I were to ever plan to train, I'd make sure I was violently high on whatever I could still at least function as minimally as needed lmao

Yeah, vets are famous for ctb-ing, so it is a thing, just a sort of niche thing. I remember once my friend told me that there's also a lot of suicides among librarians, and we had this hilarious tongue-in-cheek conversation about how is this possible, and decided that librarians can simply stack a lot of books into a pyramid and then kick it and so full suspension Certainly vets have better access to N because they can order it, but if the techs, vet nurses, receptionists and other non-vets have any chance to get it… probably every clinic is different and you don't really know before starting to work there.

Yeah most definitely. I'd never do it for that reason. But my thought process was what if someone broke in at night, stole it, and used it right when they got home. Like instantly dipped out that bitch and ctb'd, cuz if I were to ever do that I feel like that'd be the best route to go if I wanted to get N near me if it was even a possible plan lmao but just imagine, that'd be a wild story for the news

Yeah, I responded to them but figured I'd respond to you too cuz I got nothin better to do lmao in theory you would get caught if you were just planning to do it and wanted it in hand. But I meant like, if someone was about to do it, went and stole it, then went right home and used it. Cuz obv you'd get caught if you just held onto it, but they can't arrest a dead body

That's exactly why the scenario even played out in my head lmao like I imagined the whole newsbreak about it lmfao I'd never do it cuz that's too much mf work but it'd be insane to see someone do but yeah, idk if that'd be my way to go if I ever do decide to ctb, obv it's probably the best/most peaceful way so I'd love to do it that way, I'd definitely make sure I knew what I was doing cuz bitch if I'm goin, I'm mf GOIN but something like SN seems more feasible for obv reasons

i understood, but even then there could be something that rings an alarm somewhere to alert security or the police, you can never tell these days..
