Help started writing my notes, but stuck on my will

i realised how many i want to write, but i seem to just keep writing the same things. "this is not your fault" etc. and i have to write my will. what things do i have to include in my will for it be legally recognised? the step after this is obtaining the method. getting less sure of SN because of how hard it is. beginning to look at and research hanging. it's christmas and all i can think about is how i'm going to die. is it weird to be excited?
