Help how to reduce the pain my mother will have to go through once I'm gone?

I know it will hurt her really bad regardless but does anyone have ideas how I can minimise her pain as much as possible? I now she will feel like it's her fault, she will feel guilty and Im scared she may even kill herself after me because she's in so much pain.
the only thing I can think of that could help even just a little is writing a good letter, does anyone have other ideas?

i've been thinking a lot about this but it seems there is no way... when you dont exist anymore the notes wont be able to make them feel better i think. there is not much you can do
