You know Im not even an angry person, but god how cathartic it would be to just destroy some shit, and I don't know scream. Maybe I am an angry I just dont show it.. Would you like to go to a rage room or something to just let it out? I dont have the motivation to actually find one and go, but if it was just in front of me, free, and no one watching, I would be down!

You don't need to find one. Find something to break a secluded place and a baseball bat. Protective eyewear would be good too.

There is a waste dump in my small town where people throw old shit. I sometimes go there and just wreck havoc. It. Feels. Phenomenal. Never be shy to break stuff. Even taking it out on some tree branches can do wonders.

Dollar store breakables, thick gloves, safety glasses, wearing long sleeves and pants and shoes. Use whatever tools you want. Baseball bat, gun, balls, your fist (safely), whips, ninja stars. Who cares hahaha as long as its cathartic and everyone is safe. Good luck
