ooh ok thank you. what if someone only has access to SN but doesn't have benzos? i know it's reccomended but is it necessary? what would happen if you didn't have them?

They are there for comfort. They make you relaxed so you feel the pain less (headache, possible stomach irritation, and nausea/feeling sick), and you don't freak out mentally, as far as I know.

If you didn't use them, you'd still die in similar timeline. But the process would be more unpleasant.

SI is always triggered if youre ctbing. the way to beat it is to physically incapacitate yourself so you physically cannot prevent dying (like with a full hanging), or to do it fast enough you can't react (like with a gunshot), or to inebriate yourself enough that you don't fight it (with alcohol, xanax, etc). i would highly recommend getting a benzodiazepine if you can, ordering drugs on the dark web is fairly straightforward. read https://darknetbible.info/
