seems like a super high dose of propranolol how long before the sn are you taking It?
It's written in the PPH but I didn't pay attention to "+/-" so I guess it will be a gamble. I take propranolol every day since almost 15 years because my heart beats too fast without pills. 400mg are only 10 pills so I trust it. But PPH seems to say taking benzos + propranolol AFTER SN (it doesn't make sense to me) so I plan to take them 5 minutes before drinking SN.

I'm not taking propranolol because I don't care about my heart beating fast.

I'm not sure why anyone would care about a heart beating fast… if I have a benzo I'm already going to be chill.

It's just one more thing to add to the equation that's not needed. Propranolol isn't recommended by the PPH anymore… there's a reason for that…

So what if my heart beats fast like I'm jogging… it's not even a painful symptom

I'm taking 300 mg of propranolol. I don't have access to any benzos so I'm following a modified plan. I plan on following @IschemicZeitgeist protocol which can be found here.
