It is also important to note that those survivors weren't even committing suicide - they were all accidents, which meant they had not planned on dying.

EDIT: Annnnnnnnnnnnd Eliza is still spamming the same crappy stories. Someone ban her already. I've already reported her twice.

This is like posting a report that LSD is deadly because someone jumped off a building or into traffic while on it. ( sadly most of theose cases are of the mentally ill)

Looking for a good method and SN is definitely not it. Trying to discourage people from it.

One that I posted was a mistake (sodium nitrate.) Here are more cases, all of Sodium Nitrite.

That one was a mistake. Here are more cases. All Sodium Nitrite.

"or sodium nitrate, is the salt more com- monly used in curing meat. U.S.P. ... came dizzy, felt weak, and complained of abdominal cramps."

"Two adults and their daughter aged five were suddenly taken ill after the midday meal. The adults died before a doctor could reach them and their daughter died shortly after her admission to hospital. It appears they had complained to neighbors of acute abdominal pain and vomiting"

Another: "Sodium nitrite intoxication is a common cause of severe methemoglobinemia, methemoglobin levels of 20%–50% may cause symptoms such as respiratory distress, dizziness, headache, and fatigue."
"As the levels reach 30%–40%, symptoms such as headache, fatigue, tachycardia, weakness, and dizziness are experienced. Methemoglobin levels of 60% produce lethargy, convulsions, and coma. Methemoglobin levels of >70% are generally lethal."

Just the side effects of low doses:

"Sodium nitrite Side Effects: Common, Severe, Long Term - Drugs.com
Sep 30, 2019 · Signs of too much acid in the blood (acidosis) like confusion; fast breathing; fast heartbeat; a heartbeat that does not feel normal; very bad stomach pain, upset stomach, or throwing up; feeling very sleepy; shortness of breath; or feeling very tired or weak."

Well reports of immediate opiate overdoses say they feel absolutely nothing. It just goes black.
@ElizaEliza123 - so is this your outcome after all this then? after all your reseach, we should all be taking opiate overdoses instead? if u have an email contact then pls pm me as I do not have access to such a product personally

Eliza, why are you trying so hard to deter people from taking SN, when you have provided *no* evidence that it is not a peaceful method when done properly? Get off of these boards, pro-lifer. We don't want you here.

I'm autistic, that may be why I seem like a robot. Anyways bye.
That's not an excuse.

I'm still deciding between opiate/benzo/soma mix OR exit bag OR hanging from doorknob

Will you use 75m of rope for partial hanging ? Will that be enough? Maybe if you try it accidentally...

That is a bad analogy. These are reports of the directly painful consequences of taking sodium nitrite. But go ahead and do it however you want.

Yeah..... reports of survivors that weren't intending to off themselves. One of them was nitrate too, haha. Very, very, very credible. They obviously didn't read the PPH or Stan's SN thread.

These are the reports of people taking accidental/non suicidal doses, without suicidal intention.

And in conclusion class - I am afraid to say the Sensai is either off her game - or more likely her meds............................................

Case closed - you didn't even put up a decent argument, happy to have a battle of wits - but I don't battle with an unarmed person.

Considering that the protocol is to take a LARGE dose, any pain will be short lived because you'll soon be unconscious. Also, the benzo /opiate combo you mention as a better choice will be really painful when it fails and you have lifelong physical damage (ie. brain and liver damage).

These are the reports of people taking accidental/non suicidal doses, without suicidal intention.

And they have painful consequences. You think an even higher dose is going to feel good?

Here, intentional suicide case:
"We conclude that the cause of death was severe methemoglobinemia following acute poisoning induced by sodium nitrite."

What is severe methemoglobinemia like?
"decreased availability of oxygen to the tissues. Symptoms are proportional to the methemoglobin level and include skin color changes and blood color changes at levels up to 15% (see the image below). As levels rise above 15%, neurologic and cardiac symptoms arise as a consequence of hypoxia."

"People with severe methemoglobinemia (methemoglobin level above 50%) may exhibit seizures, coma, "

Not fun.
