SN with just benzos and Tylenol PM

Any thoughts if this might work? I can't get an AE soon enough, I really want my anguish and suffering to end.

I can't stand feeling so dead in a living world.

Another question I had is how do you avoid drinking fluids with that final dose of benzos or sedatives before SN. Lack of fluids is to help prevent vomiting I take it?

I think it's soon time to take meds one last time and not wake up, I can't stand existence anymore, my mind has had enough:(

maybe you could get some otc AE or something for nausea maybe they can help you a bit. As for the water when you take the medicines you can take just a sip just to be able to pass the pill and it will not affect as long as it is only a little

Was planning on like taking 20mg klon before the SN, so thought I would need decent amountcof water. I wish I could ctb tonight really, this is how bad I feel.

I second this. I'd look into adding Dramamine 40 mins before SN, in the absence of a stronger anti emetic.

It's best to think about it. 20 mg is a lot. do you have a lot of tolerance? I know that the ppg recommends a lot but I don't really think it's necessary, although maybe it depends on your tolerance to benzo

My tolerance is decent maybe, but I've only taken klonopin for a few weeks now again. trying to keep to 2mg per day, to sleep and not be anxious mess, but my brain is non responsive to weed like it used to be, so I'm erring on the high side.
There was someone who used the following, no AEs, think he was successful.

2:00 pm fasting starts (eating)
08:00 pm 600mg ibuprofen
08:00 pm fasting starts (drinking)
10:00 pm 25g SN in 50ml water

yes there are a few threads where the ops were successful even without using an AE. I would try to get some to feel calmer (because I worry too much about everything all the time) like Dramamine that @NoLightRemains mentioned. As for the benzos you can stick with 2 mg daily and maybe try 4 or 6 mg to see how it goes instead of the 20
