SN videos/stories make me light headed and uncomfortable

I've been antsy about purchasing from DMC lately and really want to before it's too late (Not sharing source, don't DM me) but every time I read about a success story, or watch the videos of people taking it I feel physically weird. I start squirming and feel almost light headed. Is this normal? I'm worried that no matter what I take to quell my anxiety (ambien), if the time came to take it, I'd be unable to.

DMC is compromised although im aware a few people have got it, those are exceptions (personally know someone whose sn got taken out and switched with cardboard in the UK at customs which was followed up by a police visit) and unfortunately there isnt an easy answer to the latter half of the question, its never easy seeing people not only attempt but also ask yourself what it'll be like if you get to that point, be easy on yourself but know that there's support here for you.

I'm similar, especially as things feel closer (I have an opportunity /window coming up). It's like parts of my psyche want to go and other parts are really rebelling and want to shut down my brain before I'm able to do it. That part wants to live despite the pain, or is scared of the unknowns with the method…going to journal on it a bit.
I'm now considering taking a regular low Benzo the week leading up to it to see if that helps reduce this effect.

The risk is there for the US but it isnt entirely clear as to how significant it is.

I think the issue with a lot of SN videos is that the people dont use a full thought out protocol, they just take SN.

One of the key things is the antiemetic which prevents the vomiting and nausea.

I trust my best friend with every cell of my body when she said that it was a comforting and warm feeling while fading away.

Other aspect is we don't know how much people are aware/lucid during the unpleasant parts.

Watching a death is sometimes more unpleasant than it actually feels for the person.

We're hardwired to see death as an uncomfortable thing.
