Help SN regime with liquid domperidon

I can source a liquid domperidon of 75ml(water sweetener and allat) which contains 10mg of domperidon. that means i have to drink 225ml of liquid in order to consume 30mg of domperidon.

You shouldnt even mix SN with excessive amount of water because youre more likely to throw up. will 225ml of water mixed with sweetener and allat increase the chance of vomiting?

I could prepare multiple glass of SN but having to drink that nasty stuff everytime you throw up sounds miserable

I might be wrong but to consume one 10 mg domperidon (solid) u need 200 ml recommended amount of water.
