1. You should do a trial run of your sn protocol replacing sn with 3 gram of sodium chloride.
2. You should take benzos/sedatives right before or after sn as to ensure you are able to take sn successfully. Intranasal diazepam spray would be best to take after sn.
3. Take a solution which will neutralize your stomach acid.
4. Take beta blockers if you can.
5. Use mouthwash before sn to numb taste buds.
