Stat Dose
00:00 - Stop eating food
06:00 - Stop intake of water
07:00 - 600mg of Ibuprofen
07:20 - 3 x 10mg Metoclopramide
07:20 - Prepare 2 cups SN 20g in <50ml of water
08:00 - Drink SN

As far as I can tell this has been successful for everyone who has tried it and done it properly, like you have outlined here. You are brave. When are you going to do this?

I will go with same kind of plan, maybe little longer fast and added benzos to relieve anxiety and SI caused thoughts.

What type of Benzos, Xanax or Valium?

How many mg would you take and at what point?
