My SN Protocol (January 23)

I'm planning to CTB on January 23 using SN, without antiemetics.

The time of my CTB may be delayed by 2-3 hours, it depends when my family goes to sleep.

Timezone GMT+1


My Protocol:

January 23, 12:00 AM: Stop Eating
January 23, 11:00 PM: Stop Drinking
January 24, 12:15 AM: Take 600mg of Ibuprofen (without water)
January 24, 12:50 AM: Prepare 3 glasses of 25mg SN, mixed with 80ml water
January 24, 01:00 AM: Drink 1 glass of SN, lay down in bed with music


I'm pretty confident. I haven't vomited in years even after eating disgusting things, but it may be different with SN. That's why I'm going to prepare 3 glasses instead of 2.
I think having a positive mindset plays a big role, but I'm not an expert.

How would we REALLY know especially if they were successful in CTB? I'm not disagreeing with you... My method of choice is sn if I could figure out how and where to buy it.

I didn't feel any pain at all when I tried it, except for a headache that I got after

I took a few sips of SN and experienced severe symptoms

Do not be ashamed to back out, it's completely normal. Take time to make peace with CTB it's not going anywhere

Do you know how long SN can be stored after opening? I put it into 2 zipper bags

I bought 2 more containers of SN, so the anxiety of having to CTB as soon as possible is now gone. Now I can live my life free of anxiety, knowing that I can CTB any time, even years in the future

Not directly, but yeah kind of. A few days before I attempted I had a conversation about something important in my life with a relative and then after my attempt I looked back at that conversation and I realized that that conversation took away a lot of pressure and uncertainty that I had about life, and because of that I feel a little better about life and I won't try to CTB again in the near future. I'm still suicidal, but not actively anymore. I'm back to being passively suicidal now
