Help SN method with Quetipine

I plan to CTB soon And have my SN I plan on using Seroquel / Quetipine as my AE. I have 300 mg Seroquel and am wondering if I should do the 24 or 48 hr plan. I take seroquel (600 mg) nightly. If I do the 48 hr plan does that mean to take 3 doses the day before?

48 hr plan
Day 1
3 doses 300mg seroquel 4 hrs apart throughout the day
Day 2
2 doses 300 seroquel 4hrs apart
1 hr before SN. 600mg ibuprofen
45 min before 300mg or 600mg of seroquel
30 mins before Tagamet??
0.00 30g of SN in 50ml/h20

Have 2 backup glasses of 25g SN in 50 ml/h20

Or should I do 24 hr plan??

As far as I know, the dosage you already take for seroquel daily is enough to make the anti emetic effect kick in so you could continue with the dosage you take now, on the day of SN if I've understood the Stan guide correctly and my research on google.
