Does anyone know how long the SN has to be kept down, to be dependably lethal?
If I throw up 10 minutes after drinking that would surely be enough, right? What about a shorter time, say, 5 minutes?
You'd have to down a second cup, I guess?

Has anyone tried to order SN from the Chinese site listed in the January 2025 PPeH. It kinda looks like a scam site

I just came here to ask the same question. They have an Amazon storefront too with Prime-elligible listings, but of course SN isn't available there. I haven't found any info about them.

Not sure what caused it but it seems horrible. First time seeing this so it could also be a rare occasion. Must have been a terrible last moments.

We don't know how much they took. I think taking too much causes a severe and painful reaction. I don't think it lasted long though as the case report mentions he fell unconsious quickly.

That's the issue, not knowing if they followed protocol. My guess is maybe preexisting gastric issues? Who knows..I don't see a mention of losing unconscious fast but being seen vomiting blood sounds rough and probably means they were around people maybe regretted it?....Poor fella.

I also wouldn't rely soley on medical reports. I read one that claimed SN poisoning was incredibly painful and caused death by asphyxiation which is blatantly untrue. I think it's a method that's been tried and tested and it's pretty much the gold standard at the moment.
