Is this plan good?
1hr - 1000mg of paracetamol
55 minutes - 300mg of passion flower + 40mg of propranolol, passion-flower has similar effects to a benzodiazepine and it works best when combined with propranolol hence why im taking them together.
45 minutes - 3x10mg meto
30 minutes - 300mg of passion flower + 40mg of propranolol
Finally - 20g of SN + 320mg of propranolol
Will the propranolol take effect or do you guys think I wont feel any of the effects of the propranolol, I took 10mg propranolol before and never felt anything different.
PM if you want to discuss in more details about whether this plan is good or not

I've ordered two different AE and they are on the way.

i can't get Propranolol so will have to skip this.

Antacid is a question mark at the moment it seems. I'll get some rennie anyway. Stan guide recommended double dose. Would it be best to do single dose now?

I've got ibuprofen lysine - is this ok or should it just be ibuprofen? (I was preparing for CO method!)

just leaves paracetamol and probably some weighing scales, glasses and a mixer of some sort.

Looks like you are very organised and should have everything in a few weeks.

Propranolol and Diazepam are good if you can get it so you stay relaxed and death happens faster etc. There is a question mark over antacids but it is your choice. Ibuprofen lysine is good enough.

Hi there just some questions about SN method. The pphb says to take 800mg of taganet 30 minutes prior if this is unavailable to me would another H2 Blocker such as ranitidine work ? Also as an anti nause would prochlorperazine work instead if metoclopromide as that's all I can get.- would the dosage be the same. Lastly and probably most importangy Im worried that ill prepare everything commit the act and it wont work- is there much evidence showing SN is a successful option as i cannot get N. and should i take more than 15gm as a young adult in case my body is stronger.

Unlikely to work as you will very likely vomit. Try and get the AE from a pharmacy
