I'm ready to buy 25 kg of SN from a local dealer. They say it's purity is around 98.5%. I hope that'll be enough

Does "grade" matter? I'm going to buy "lab" or "reagent" grade SN, not "food" grade. Is there any difference?

"Food grade" and "lab grade" might be misleading title. "Food grade" doesn't mean safe for consumption. It means that the purity is high enough that it meets regulatory standards to be sold. "Lab grade" means suitable for use in labs. I don't know about Sodium Nitrate, but "lab grade" Sodium Nitrate (with an "a") is usually not 99% pure. Just go with the purity level on the label. Manufacturers of SN have an incentive to make it as pure as possible because they are selling a product in a competitive market.

I'm very late to this thread, and I will fess up and state I've not read all the postings. But I do have some questions, and I'm hoping someone will help start directing me in the right direction.

OK, Questions:

I'm in South America, and although the restrictions on the transportation of SN seem relatively lax, I still worry about proximity and being found out. I've looked up some providers in India. They have well designed webpages with a great deal of official sounding nomenclature and titles, but could someone tell me if the history of interacting with Indian suppliers is any good?

Also, I tend towards acute stress and occasional panic attacks. Though I've done some work to come to terms with my death, I still worry about panicking during the process. Does anyone have information regarding the use of Benzodiazepines? If, for example, Benzos are a contradictory with the use of SN.

Finally, I've been experimenting with different forms of cannabis, and a few have proven incredibly potent in producing a somnolescent state I find very comforting. Is there a danger in employing cannabis while using SN?

Once more, my apologies for asking for information that has most likely already been provided. But, time is of the essence. Thank you for your patience.

METO TEST

Took 10 mg Meto at 8:45 AM

Even though the pill was small it was hard for me to swallow. It felt like it got stuck in my throat for a brief period and it took several sips of water and then several sips of coffee before the pill finally went down. I hate taking pills because I have a hard time swallowing even the smallest pills.

I think it's because I've tried to OD on pills so many times that now any pill I try to take, my body automatically thinks I'm trying to OD and tries to push it back out, even if it's a med that I've been prescribed by a doctor or something that's supposed to help me.

I also have Benadryl standing by in case I have an allergic reaction, though I've never had an allergic reaction to a medication before in my life. And I have diazepam standing by in case I have any EPS symptoms. The information I have says EPS symptoms are more likely in an older person, but I have no idea what they mean by "older person". None of my information gives any specific age range, it either just says older person or elderly. While I don't think I'm considered an older person yet at the age of 50, I'm not really sure. I think when they say elderly they mean 65 and over, but I am not 100% certain of that. Anyway I think I'm prepared if something happens and I'm hoping it doesn't.
I also have to say I feel a little bit silly about how nervous I am about all of this because I've taken new medications hundreds of times in my life before and I've never been nervous about those. I'm sure I've taken lots of medications prescribed by doctors that have all kinds of horrible side effects that I just didn't know about when I took the drugs, so I wasn't nervous.
Anyway, I'm rambling a little bit here because I'm anxious. I think I'll try to lie down and listen to something on my iPhone and just try to relax & distract myself until I've had this stuff in my system for a little while. . . I'll keep reporting back though to let everyone know what my experience is just so I can add to the information on this site.

If I'm this freaked out about taking the meto, What's going to happen when I have to take SN?

An hour in & I have no symptoms at all. Feeling calmer now.

It's been almost 2 hours now and all I really feel is tired, Which I usually feel anyway so I can't see how much of it is the Meto and how much of it is just my normal state of existence.

It's also dark and foggy outside right now even though it's daytime, so that's probably adding to my tiredness as well. Dark, rainy, foggy days make me tired. Actually pretty much everything makes me tired.

If this is all the Meto does is make me extra tired and prevent me from getting sick then it seems like that's all good. I'm going to want to be as tired as possible when I take the SN.

Well, I feel like this has been in my system long enough now that it's safe for me to post on here. My only symptom seems to be that it made me fall asleep for a while. I feel very relieved now that this test is over and I didn't have any horrible symptoms.

it's only been in my system for about three hours and I think it stays in your system for around six hours, so if anything else happens I'll post it. However, I don't expect anything else at this point. All it did was make me tired. (Sigh of relief)

Thank you for your recounting. I most appreciate how you've constructed it in a way that is, for the most part, easy to follow.

I'm grateful for everyone's efforts on this site, but sometimes the postings are something less than coherent.

You report reminds of the sociological field notes I was tasked with doing one of my semesters in college. The one's I liked shared a number of your characteristics:
  • good descriptions of place, time, and context - (i.e) the medication in use and it's effects, etc.
  • critical analysis, which while subjective, does not invalidate it's informative value: (i.e.) differences in reaction times older vs. younger people
  • your story: your personal observations, opinion, and feelings - the human side of the equation.
You've inspired to be a little more careful in my own writing, more exacting when possible. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for a very find posting.

The following is one of the links I came across. Is anyone familiar with this provider or a similar one. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thank you.

Where in South America are you? SN is very easy to acquire in Brazil.

Does anyone know if temperature affects SN? I'm thinking of drinking it in cold water. I'll chill the water first, then add the SN when I'm ready.
Does not effect the SN in how it works. However when it comes to dissolving, compounds normally dissolve better in warmer water.

I'm located in Colombia. Yes, I've heard of Brazil providing easy purchase. I'm also looking at another option, Nembutal. Do you know of any reliable providers who are not looking to gouge an eye out?

I have a question about my situation.

Due to partial heart failure, I have a weaker pulse. I can still urinate but only have BM about once a week.

I'm also never hungry and only eat to simply keep my weight on and maintain the appearance of being normal in front of others when necessitated.

Also of note I am unable to sleep. This has been an ongoing issue for about 7 months. Trazadone, melatonin, nor Benadryl work. I simply lie there awake. I may have a short dream once or twice a week.

Would my less than optimal circulation, gastric problems, and sleep issues have a major impact on this method's effectiveness? My only fear is drinking the solution only to have it set in my stomach without it properly processing. I worry it may take longer thereby increasing the likelihood of suffering.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

Is my plan good:

Before: 8 hours fasting
Begin: 25 ml/mg metoclopramide
After 15 min: 20 mg domperidone
After 45 min: 1 tablet natriumhydrogen-, calcium carbonate, 20 drops restaxil
After 60 min: 25 g SN dissolved in 100 ml water

Should I rater use ibuprofen instead of restaxil, rather use zantac or no acid reducer. In the wiki stands now to not use tagamet/zantac, @Stan's guide recommends not to use zantac.

Not sure about your other questions, but why are you using both metoclopramide and domperidone?

The anti acid tablet destroy the acid, but increase the production rate of acid. Domperidone helps not only for vomiting, it helps to recuce the production rate of acid too. So it stops that more acid is produced. And I have not the recommended amount of meto.

Can you try your luck at the GP for tagamet?

You can get Gaviscon at the supermarket but I'm not sure if that's any good.
Just yesterday I read somewhere that you can take baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) to reduce the acid, and to increase the Ph level, that should be same as Tagamet. But you need to check that out as there are different mechanisms depending on what acid reducer. I am pretty sure I read in online book Guide to Self-Chosen Humane Death.

I was feeling nauseous earlier so I tested some of my Meto (to see side effects etc.) and it made my stomach feel fairly awful, and I vomited 10 minutes after taking it. I'll try it again in a few days but it wasn't a very encouraging experience.

Maybe try taking it on an empty stomach?

Sorry to hear that Lethe. Do you have a real concern personally that drinking the SN will make you retch? Have you tried a few sips of some water with a lot of table salt to see how you react?

If I didn't vomit drinking 15g sea salt in 50ml water is that a good indicator I can handle SN?
I must admit I would not drink the whole 50ml but I would take a gulp to help give an indication. Drinking that much salt is not particularly healthy and might give you a stomach upset in the long run.

I would assume it would. But I think the Meto thing was a fluke, I will try again on an empty stomach as was suggested.

some time ago i wrote/agree that megathread should be down. i regret that. true, it is confusing and some do not even read it but..sentimentality is stronger than words. the members (probably) left with SN and shared their experience here in the last moments. they deserves respect.

My meto is taking forever and my deadline is approaching. I'm considering duck-taping my mouth and my arms after I ingest the solution. I don't care about 3-6 minutes of pain. It's better than 3-6 years of suffering.
Why duct tape your arms?

So (after 2 days of regimen) 30g or 10g stat dose? Brave the EPS risk or not? Should I create a poll?
