You do a test dose before hand. But even that can lead to irreversible EPS symptoms. PPeH says switch to Domperidone if you get bad side effects from meto.

No point in getting EPS just cause meto is the main recommended one. You never know how bad it will be or if a single dose will make you involuntarily keep your mouth open and have your tongue move in circles automatically and you can't control it. Yeah that happens watch YouTube videos.

Not everyone gets these effects. But the fact there's been class action lawsuits for it and that these effects are common it's a risk.

PPeH says switch to Domperidone or Zofran if you experience bad neurological side effects from Meto.

Is taking Atarax bad combined with SN, Meto, Zantac and 1g of Paracetamol? I want something that'll calm me down, looked into benzos but that is out of reach for me. I know it works, (Atarax) and it also doens't give me any side effects at all. know this with certainty since I've tried it before.

Not only do they hurt the sellers livelihood, but it's people's choice to die and a peaceful method should be available. Plus, a chemical like that should not be restricted. People would just find another one anyway.

Honestly, really. Amazon shouldn't even consider them valid reviews, and they should be deleted, as they aren't 'verified purchases' nor are they really actually even reviews.

Well, my common sense says that SN might not dissolve into the water if it's cold. Stir it into warm water and place it in the fridge perhaps? Is there any particular reason why you want to drink it cold?

How many people buy SN from Ebay or Amazon with the intent of ending their lives? I'm guessing if someone was into conserving meats, they'd buy their nitrite from somewhere else.

Wasn't one of the Amazon reviews of someone who had lost their niece to suicide via SN? It makes sense they'd want to "prevent" that from happening to anyone else, misguided it may be.

Depending on availability, both food grade and laboratory grade are acceptable as long as the purity is > 95% (this info is usually found in the product description or on label).

I believe the main difference is that food grade has anti-caking agent that prevents your SN from turning into a rock.
