domperidone can be taken with acid reducers and antacids regardless of the fact that they interact to reduce bioavailability in both directions. domp is taken half an hour before the reducer on an empty stomach. taking after food and reducers reduces the absorption of the same. domp is a prokinetic which results in faster gastric emptying of medicines and nitrites. reducers accelerate the absorption of nitrite and alter the gastric flora, which is good because nitrite will not be converted to nitric oxide. the first passage in the liver for nitrite is low and the blood concentration is high, above 90% .. PPIs can be taken with nitrite. nitrite does not reduce blood pressure, although it is used for this purpose, but the metabolism of nitrite into nitric oxide, which reduces the pressure. PPIs can be affected by blocking the removal of acids that affect the nitrite formulation..antioxidants are antidotes for nitrite toxicity which includes ascorbic acid but at the correct dose. high doses of vitamin c may increase methemoglobinemia..nitrites are unstable in water without the presence of bacteria and therefore the solution should be drunk after preparation..

well its not a PPI so the risk is yours. Will you die from SN without it, yes you will. Might get a bit of a stomach ache but it wont be like having appendicitis.

My SN arrived last Friday. Based on my research on suicide wiki and the comments hear, it seems that pre-medicating with acid reducers and anti-emetics, if you can get them, is not really necessary. So I'm gonna go with a larger dose (20-25 mg or one heaping tablespoon) since I'm thinking this is all about getting a large enough dose ingested rather than too low a dose, which seems to be the cause of most of the problems that result in symptoms and failure.
Wondered for someone who was really taste sensitive if the SN could be mixed with fruit drink like Koolaid or Powerade? I don't think taste would be an issue to me, no worse than drinking alkaseltzer. But just thought it would be an interesting idea.

I wish this were true. It appears than a larger those without antiemetics is guaranteed to make you vomit.

"Antiemetics aren't 100% necessary for this method; however, just like with Nembutal, you probably won't accomplish anything if you end up puking it all out. Purchasing antiemetic will also be the bulk of the money you'll use during this method."

On the subject of propranolol--is it safe/useful to use it in addition to the tagamet? I recently saw the mention of propranolol on Nitschke's vimeo account but haven't seen much talk of it on here. I wasn't clear on if it was propranolol *or* tagamet, or if using both can provide an even better result.

If you had it would you take it? I'm concerned it may complicate matters as it's more chemicals you are taking. I have propranolol as I'm prescribed it for anxiety.

personally i will keep it as simple as possible, if someone plonked it in my hand I would take it, but to go and get it - nah!

I mean no disrespect to the member who posted that, but they did more things wrong than right. Drink it quickly, I would suggest within 1 minute, it is only a small amount of liquid if you keep to a 50ml limit. And the biggest mistake, putting yourself in a situation that you will be easily discovered.

I was wondering about the storage of the SN. If it arrives, I assume I should not open the package / bottle at all until I plan to use it. Initially I was planning on opening the package and chucking in some silicon packs for moisture. Is this a bad idea? I read elsewhere that contact with oxygen can turn it into sodium nitrate. How true is this?
Amitriptyline is my preferred method but I think SN is faster?

just dont open the package till you are ready to use it. It should come in an airtight bag or tub that won't allow moisture in

Ok... First of all, PPH stands for peaceful Pill handbook, yes?
On the Wiki, it says that PPH recommends taking acid regulators (Zantac in my case) with SN, 3 x 75. (225mg)
For me, I don't have 75mg tablets, I could only get 150mg. So, I'll be taking 300mg instead of 225, does that make a difference?
But... later on, it says that NOT taking acid regulators will create a more peaceful death. The source of that info comes from here:
