My SN ingestion report and its risks and effects
This report is based on my personal account of ingesting a small dose (3.1 grams) of SN out of curiosity, not as a suicide attempt. This report is to highlight the severe risks, unpredictable effects, and potential consequences of reckless munching on SN. I wasn't sure if I should post this report after the wellness check, but I feel like this report is for the "greater good".

SN is a highly potent and toxic salt that will cause hypoxia (oxygen deprivation in tissues), and even low doses can be very dangerous. I got extremely lucky here, as this could have either caused me long-term damage to my body & brain or could have just killed me.

Symptoms I experienced were a very rapid and strong heartbeat, shortness of breath, confusion, tunnel vision, tinnitus, dizziness, severe migraine-like headaches, muscle fatigue across my whole body, and more. Please don't do what I did unless you are 100% okay with dying. What I did is NOT a method you should follow.

Pre-ingestion (T-2 to T-0 hours)
During those couple of hours, I've been staring at my SN, feeling an overwhelming temptation despite knowing how incredibly dangerous it is. I was not in a particularly bad mental state. I was actually rather upbeat. The day before, I considered whether I was slowly entering a manic episode. I guess my reckless SN Test confirmed that thought. Realistically, I didn't plan to CTB, but if something had gone wrong, I would have been fine with that. I was prepared either way.
I had a heavy dinner 2 hours before Ingestion, and I took my SN without taking any antiemetics or sedatives like benzos. I was going very drastically AGAINST the usual recommendation protocols. Out of sheer impulsivity, I decided to test a small dose, which was just about 3g dissolved in a bit of water. The solution wasn't really cloudy, even after stirring it more, and it had no noticeable smell. I was weirdly disappointed since I expected something more dramatic :D

T+0: ingestion
Drank the 3.1g (aimed for 3g but overshot a little) SN solution. Taste was very salty, bitter and kinda just left this weird chemical taste in my mouth. How anyone could just easily down 25g of this stuff is beyond me. I drank it in one big sip, which instantly made me gag like crazy. Somehow was not mentally prepared to actually taste it, even though I heard people describe the taste many times.

T+5 minutes
Not even a 2 minutes after drinking the solution, my head started thumping like crazy. I could feel my heart pounding hard, way up into my neck and ears. That intense pounding took me a little of guard. Slight dizziness and like a visual delay/lag hit when I turned my head quickly, and my eyelids felt heavy, like I was fighting off sleep. No nausea yet, which surprised me given the awful taste.

T+8 minutes
Decided to lie down. Coordination while walking could have been better. My left ear began ringing, like tinnitus setting in. Still no vomiting, but the heartbeat was intensifying. Started to get out of breath and the act of breathing was harder to do than usual and it was getting harder to focus my eyes properly. Slowly having problems using my phone. Hypoxia symptoms were slowly unfolding and I started to realize how intense this is gonna get.

T+15 minutes
Around 15 minutes in, I started feeling very out of breath, like I was sprinting up the stairs, while I was actually not even moving. Vision started to blur and slowly, tunnel vision set in. The overall discomfort wasn't unbearable yet, but it was building and slowly started to get anxious. Put my phone away to focus on breathing. Typing got harder since I couldn't make out the letters on my keyboard that well anymore. And I swear, it felt like my neck and forehead were about to explode.

T+20-30 minutes (peak effects and abortion)
The effects ramped up significantly after the 20-minute mark, likely delayed by the full stomach from dinner absorbing more slowly. Ear ringing escalated to both sides, my heart was thumping very violently. Tunnel vision worsened, narrowing my field of sight quite a bit, accompanied by increasing confusion and disorientation.
Shortness of breath intensified into more of a rapid, shallow breathing. I could feel my body was shutting down in slow motion, which was such a weird feeling. Dizziness made moving impossible, and a big wave of anxiety hit me. My extremities were getting numb and my hands and feet were kinda stinging like needles.
Around 25 minutes in, I was still fully conscious and not passing out as expected, which freaked me out. The symptoms felt too weird and terrifying to continue so I decided I had to abort the experiment. Forced myself to vomit multiple times while chugging water to flush my stomach empty. Took some detox meds and continued to drink more water and some juice to help my body process and flush out the SN better.

T+1-2 Hours
About an hour after vomiting, I think I passed out for a few minutes when suddenly I got woken up by police responding to a wellness check, triggered by posting pictures of the SN solution earlier. A stupid oversight on my part that I forgot to check my pictures meta data. I was still shaky and confused from the residual effects, so explaining myself was tough. I told them I'd just taken my regular sleeping meds and they woke me up, which accounted for my drowsiness and disorientation. Convincing them I wasn't suicidal wasn't easy. I also had trouble speaking and kept mumbling some words even while trying hard to focus. Eventually, they left, but it was a close call. If I hadn't aborted, I'd probably have ended up in grippy sock jail for a while. SN is no joke and even low doses hit crazy hard.

T+2-12 Hours
Felt drained but relieved. No lingering nausea, but the hypoxia aftermath started to unfold: a lot of confusion, fatigue, and a persistent, strong headache. Avoided any further risks and monitored myself closely. I felt like I was having a bad case of the flu (minus the runny nose, obviously).
I also noticed more and more how cold I was feeling. Especially my hands were very cold and hard to move, and it hurt a little when I did. Similar to when you are outside in winter for a longer time.

T+12-22 Hours
Still couldn't fall asleep, much more than very short 10-minute power naps. Very drowsy and lightheaded, with a pounding migraine-style headache on my forehead. Extremities were sore and achy when moving, again similar to a bad flu or the feeling after a workout. Overall, felt unhealthy and exhausted. Had trouble remembering basic things like how to open my browser to watch YouTube. Just felt very scatterbrained. Hard to sleep despite exhaustion because of the throbbing pain. No appetite, mild nausea returning, and a general fog that made focusing difficult. For example, I kept forgetting what I wanted to say mid-sentence.

T+22 Hours: Hospital Visit
Around 22 hours after ingestion, my head and mind still felt off. Persistent confusion, dizziness, and an uneasy sense that something was wrong internally. Decided to go to the ER for safety. Upon arrival, they questioned me quite a bit due to the symptoms suggesting possible poisoning or neurological issues. I told them that I might have accidentally come in contact with or ingested SN while handling it. They gave me some IV fluids and some painkillers. What exactly I don't know.
The IV helped clear some of my symptoms within an hour or two. It got easier to breathe again, I didn't feel as nervous, my brain felt less foggy and I noticed I started to hear better and more clearly again. I didn't even notice my hearing being worse than usual during the day. They monitored my vitals. Heart rate still jumped around between being a bit below normal and elevated at 110 (I think) bpm, with an EKG to rule out arrhythmias. EKG was apparently good enough. Got discharged and told to stay hydrated even when I am not feeling thirsty. Got told to come back end of this week or earlier if my symptoms come back / worsen.

T+37 Hours: Me writing the report
Feeling way better. Still having a headache, though the headache is way better than before, a bit lightheaded and thinking is harder than before SN. Overall, feeling way better. Still having a lot of trouble sleeping. I also just noticed that my digestive system kinda shut down for the most part. Might need to take something for that

Summary:
Even a "test" dose of SN is very reckless. The hypoxia crept in rather subtly, and once I realized the effects coming in, I was already in trouble. From subtle dizziness and a strong heartbeat to terrifying oxygen starvation that breaks your body and mind within minutes. Curiosity wasn't really worth the gamble, at least for me.

When the body injests anything it deems to be poison this includes drugs and actual poison like sn... it will either fast track the digestive process or slow it down.
So you might have to take something to get everything back in order .
I hope you've learned from this and can find a better understanding of how sn works .

I'm glad you're okay even if you're experiencing some symptoms still

I'm curious about the hospital - didn't they question you more about why you had SN in your system? I would expect them to consider/count this as an attempt but I guess not?

So sn does cause shortness of breath and tinnitus? Ugh I really don't want that
yeah… it really does. both of them, and pretty reliably. AFAIK those are common symptoms of hypoxia. You deprive your body of oxygen and it tries to compensate for it, causing stronger breathing. Your ears and eyes are very oxygen hungry, so they act up quickly after losing their oxygen. Causing tinnitus and everything sounding like you're underwater.
People recommend the 25-30g + benzos to knock you out so quickly that you usually don't notice these effects for long. I took a smaller dose on an unprepared body, which caused me to stay awake and the SN to ramp up more slowly.

I'm happy you are fine and with no long term damage, it probably didn't fully absorb in the intestines since you purged and it was diluted by whatever you ate or drank.
At least you are much more informed!

They asked a few questions about it, and I am sure they knew what I was doing, but AFAIK, under German law, they aren't really allowed to call the police on me / put me in the ward unless I am in serious imminent danger. Since the SN ingestion was about a whole day before, I was already through the worst of the symptoms, and I told them that I would not ingest more. Overall, they were really nice to me and very understanding. Actually saw one paramedic pass through the hall who picked me up about a year prior from a small accidental overdose that made my family panic. I think he remembered me, but he was busy and couldn't chat, obviously.

No. I tested them.

>:D
Wow! Uncalled for, man. Those were clearly mine! xD <3
