I was actually rather upbeat. The day before, I considered whether I was slowly entering a manic episode. I guess my reckless SN Test confirmed that thought.

Too real LOL. I have done similar things in such states before, though I never went full manic I think, but definitely bordering on manic I'd assume.
I don't fault you for it, haha. Glad you got through it mostly unharmed, though.

Can you talk more about the "terrifying oxygen deprivation"? When did that set in, and did you feel like you were suffocating or just not getting enough air (like maybe a more intense version of what you might feel at high altitudes if you're not used to it). This is the most scary part of SN for me so I'm curious to know about it in as much detail as possible. Thank you and I'm glad you're ok now!
