Do I get credit for providing the solution?

Nah, doesn't matter, I may be gone in a few days.

I find it hilarious that you think I'm brave, because I'm ctb'ing precisely because virtually everything in life scares the hell out of me.

Haven't tested the meto yet, no, but I'm hoping to tonight, after I buy some benadryl.
Yeah, doing it at home is my only option. Can't say I'm not anxious about it, but sticking around scares me a whole lot more.

I will most likely go with SN in the next few months but I'm so scared and there's no one I caN really trust to talk to
One of the things a lot of members say about something like therapy, is that they sit in front of someone and get loads of platitudes back. Which means they were not listening which is extremely frustrating and pointless. Here, you can talk freely. With you, you ask questions. Someone like me will really listen and give you in response the best answer they can with all the appropriate caveats. What you now need to do in trade is listen back, I mean really listen. Bookmark threads that have the answers you have found in case you have a poor memory.

CBT = Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Oh I thought you meant something else BDSM related that another user previously posted about. My b x)

I've done 3.5 years of therapy and any results I've seen have been (unfortunately) temporary, but I appreciate the suggestion/pun

I know SN is my method. I'm just scared like everyone else who probably just goes for it before asking so many questions.

it will probably work well and be reliable. and I pray I don't vomit but like @Hurry I'll have 2 backup glasses

Everyone should be concerned. After being born, this is the biggest thing that will happen. But an observation I have is asking the same question over and over everyday expecting a different answer is not going to work. People will get fatigued with it as you can see from some of the responses here.

I guess I'm just anxious and want confirmation my plan will work. I wish I could be brave enough to test meto for 48 hour regiment or even a stat dose but my past experiences tell me not to. Sucks I can't take an acid reducer.

From what I've heard, the acid reducer won't be essential. Domperidone should work just fine. I understand the anxiety. For me, it helps to think that without SS I would never even have heard of SN. At least I have that. And that isn't a small thing.

I have high anxiety too (in a different way). Just remember we are as human as you are. Many people get frustrated trying to help as @Stan suggested. This is where we each have to exercise some self awareness. We can't fix that part (of reassuring you) so at some point you have to determine how to fix it yourself.

Sometimes my posts may come across as "not soft" but I'm a straight shooter so I rather we label a spade a spade then deal with the real issue at hand. The reality is some things we will never get 100% comfortable with. Maybe only 99.9% and then we must move on.

Yes! And who can hope to be 100% comfortable with death?
The thing is, this is it. The last thing we have to face. (I think? Maybe. Probably. Helps to think that way.) Compared to all the years I'd have to face otherwise, this feels like just a tiny bit of fear.

Update: I bought Benadryl but the only kind I found are in tablets for the throat... of 5mg each, which seems useless. I'd have to take 10 of them just to take an edge off the side effects if I had them. Should I go ahead and try the meto anyway? Am I being too paranoid? :ahhha:

Is that the answer then @FallenX ? it's what i am doing for info.

missed this response. So you know you cant predict if you will vomit or not but the second you do you're gonna chug another glass and then another of that doesn't work?

surely that should be 99% effective

Other quick question I opened my SN bottle like 4x for 5-10 mins max each time. It's tightly sealed. It's still good to go? Like it takes like hours or a day open to degrade?

Just leave it alone now, no need to play with it.

Daniela had a thread about that today. It will not degrade, it will be fine for at least 3 years if you don't leave it open for no reason, if you don't get it wet and if you don't store it in direct sunlight.

I don't think you can find a full proof 100% accurate answer that will fit and will be a DEFINITE outcome for every SN suicide. I don't think there's any answer for any method that will always be the same. Even doing euthanasia with a doctor has risks on some level. And for us it's even more in shadows. Those that died from SN can't come back and tell you how it went, so far from what I read is that you vomit and still die, or vomit and end up being ok, but don't quote me on any of this because again, none of this 100% a sure knowledge and information. In the end of the day every single human body is different in one way or another so there is no way of knowing the body's reaction will be the same for everyone and every single person. All we can as far as I can see, is inform ourselves as much as we can and go with whatever looks best for us and take a leap of faith, however frightful and doubtful it may seem. We can't have 100% sure answers on this, especially not in our situation. I'm sorry this is so hard for you, it is for me too but used to be harder, I'm better with dealing with this a bit better now. I love you❤️
