SN dry run and questions

So I tried putting 25g of table salt in 50ml of water. I knew it would be salty but man is it brutal. I had a hard time resisting taking extra gulps of plain water. If I drink more water than directed, will that ruin my attempt? Also how many hours of fasting is ideal? Is that food and water or just food? I can go without food for up to 7 days, without water maybe one or two days.

Fasting is recommended 8 hours minimum. The last two hours before SN no liquids. Adding more water will increase chances of vomiting and is not recommended.

The water amount is 100-150 ml for 25 gm salt, so maybe try that change. May help.

You are correct. It is 50-100 ml. I would myself have the 100 ml option if it is there.

12 would be the most I would say, based on successful accounts on here. people who have reported fasting for 24 hours etc severely overdid it, skewing things towards failure or a potentially worse time.

Ah, I guess I would have to read more, lol. The SN bible mentioned 50-100 ml so I was counting on having more water, lol

How did you feel after that salt ? I feel weird, just drunk 25g 20 min ago . Did you find out maybe if SN is less salty ?
