• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

hm there is something on a picture only, but have it not here.. maybe search for. what I was thinking about, what to they mean with "0,1" for example ( I don't say, that it is 25, there were different, like what a person need when they are like X kg r lbs, so I don't remember ... but I think it's not accurate... and what do they mean with spoon, like a "mountain" on the spoon or flat spoon...that is something I don't understand.. it's just not really accurate ;) it's difficult..so it's a risk, cause a mountain on the spoon, is maybe double like "flat spoon", if you know what I mean... and 0,1 and 0,7 would be difficult.. like.. you can not really say, what this really mean.. only "maybe".

So for 25g around 4 teaspoons, would it be correct?
I'm not giving advice, and I don't know the accuracy of the chart in question. Just do your own research on it, and come to your own conclusions, because I have no idea. Not my cup of tea.

I believe you're talking about this.

With that said, I'd recommend buying (or maybe borrowing) a kitchen scale. It's not that expensive at all. If you consume too little you could end up suffering for hours on end and if you take too much you might throw it all up. It's better to be 'safe' when it comes to SN.
