Source that I am buying SN from has told me to do custom clearance documents, and submit it for declaration, as well as pay customs duties and taxes, or I can go with DDP and pay a more expensive fee, with DDP I just have to wait for the delivery.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm in Australia, buying SN from a company in China.

Is this usually how SN is bought through sources.

What is DDP? Has anyone from Australia used this company?

I didn't have to do any custom clearance documents or pay any additional customs duties or taxes. Please be careful of scammers

This is normal if you are buying from chinese factories, it's generally not like buying from a retailer.
Customs duties are paid directly to customs or a freight company but usually for stuff valued over 1k only

Yeah its because when businesses sell stuff to each other often once it's at the departure airport it becomes property of the buying company. So you end up with seller doing one half of the job and buyer doing the other half.
In your case once they ship to you it will sit in customs until you pay customs money, or if you buy DDP the seller takes care of any of that stuff

Should I just use DDP?
