hi all!! i'm still trying to work out my entire SN plan and i'd like some feedback/advice if possible. i live in the US.
i'm a little confused on which substances are actually "needed" for ctb with sn- i've seen a lot of conflicting advice on ppis, otc antacids, beta blockers, benzos, etc. and i'm not sure what's actually needed except sn itself and an AE (and i've seen people talking about taking sn alone, so i'm not even sure if this is needed). i'd like to minimize the chance of LE swinging by to talk to me so i don't mind forgoing the benzos (i also don't really mind a little discomfort, but i would like something to force me into unconsciousness other than SN if possible), but where can i find the most up-to-date advice on what other things i should be taking alongside sn?
i've already ordered sn from dsl (it's been a few days since payment was received and no updates/tracking number- any cause for concern, or normal?) but i'm not really quite sure where to start with the other things. i've been searching previous posts about others' sn protocols/sourcing meto but i'm not really sure where to get it or which online pharmacies i can trust, since the upfront 'consultation fee' seems a little sketchy and i don't really want to put my money on the line if i can't guarantee i'm getting what i want. any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated! i'm also prescribed hydroxyzine, and i'm not sure if it's capable of replacing benzos (i did find that it interacts with meto to produce an increased sedative effect, which might help?).
lastly, i'm planning to ctb deep in a forest. i'm pretty sure i won't be found for some time, as i typically run into at most one other person and usually zero when i'm walking deeper in the forest. however, i would like my body to be found at some point to give my family closure. would the best strategy here be to carry out my plan late at night/in early morning hours when it's still dark out, but lie down in a relatively visible spot (e.g. within 50 feet of the footpath), and is it known if being sleepy/tired when taking sn will help with falling unconscious? additionally, would it be helpful to carry personal documents (such as an ID) with me so that i can be identified faster when i'm found, or does it not matter?
thank you in advance for the help!! sorry for all the questions
