Discussion SN and Suboxone

I already have Regeant Grade SN 99.8% pure and enough recommended antiemetic. My concern is that I read on here when you are taking suboxone it slows stomach emptying and speeds absorption after. I have been taking suboxone for approximately 15-20 years now and so getting off of it is unthinkable. Can anyone help me understand if my being on suboxone is going to cause problems when I'm ready to ingest the 25mg of SN??

Opioids in general should be avoided when ingesting SN as all opioids slow gastric emptying. It's much better to use benzos, as they don't slow down the gastric emptying by a large margin.

Thank you for your reply. My issue is that I cannot quit taking the suboxone and wait for its gastric effects to cease in order to follow through with my plan. The amount of time it would take for that would put me in a position where I would no doubt draw all the attention from everyone in my life. Withdrawal would be so bad that I wouldn't last until the gastric effects ceased anyways before I took the SN to escape the withdrawal on top of everything else that I can longer stand by and live through in this world.

I would like to point out the study I found they tested morphine and nalaxone(one active ingredient in suboxone). Morphine slowed both gastric emptying and fluid absorption whereas nalaxone slowed gastric emptying but it sped up fluid absorption. Sounds like once it gets past my stomach (the part getting slowed down) that it would act faster than normal.

I'd also like to add that I plan to be under the effects of a sleeping pill called quviviq. This will hopefully make it so that I can take the SN and go to sleep naturally and ctb in my sleep like most of us want to. Hopefully making it so that the slower gastric process will take place during my sleep and extended timeframe won't be as bad. I hope…
