SN and stroke

Hi everyone. I've looked at the SN method here. But I am worried and found an article on it that talks about stroke:

Is it possible to throw up and still have a stroke and survive? I plan on using my antiseizure benzos I've been stock piling like hell. I can't stand the holidays and/wanna gtfo soon! Idk why the artivle says something about cookies, sorry. :(

So many things can occur if you use n or SN. I wouldn't get to scared because of this.
