Help SN and Nausea

I'm used to nausea because of stress and nauseating migraines, but then even Meto doesn't help. Nausea has been a major major of my life for months now.

I have a bad stomach, and I feel that as soon as I start drinking SN, I'll immediately get a gag reaction and throw up. Like, as soon as I start drinking it.

Any ideas on how to combat this? I'm really desperate. Please help

I would say fasting, take the meto anyways, as the protocol states, try to have 3-4 additional cups just in case you vomit, get some benzos and hope for the best.

But if you're so nauseated that you can't keep a 50ml solution down without retching it all out, do you really think the stomach is going to simply accept more of the same stuff? You know how it gets when you're puking, your lips quiver, your stomach quivers ... I don't think people are thinking just how hard that would be to actually do.

Edit: I've got similar issues as you, OP, trying to figure out the same thing for myself!
