Help Meto questions for SN

My meto just arrived.
Do I need to test it before my final run? If so, how much should I take to test? It also says do not use with anti anxiety medicines. Does xanax count as one of those? I'm using it as my benzo so if it's gonna make me more nauseas or throw up with the meto then i'll skip using benzos.
