  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I currently have a very strong sleeping disorder since 1,5 months. First I was always wide awake early in the morning and woke up several times during the night. Now additionally I cannot fall asleep. I ruminate about suicide, my illness and the horrible past/future for hours. I think I probably turn manic/depressed soon. I take several kind of medication which barely works.

Many people with all kind of illnesses develop sleep disorders. So I wanted to ask you about your sleep? How have you slept last night?
I slept 7 hours and woke up very often. Normally I need 9 hours sleep to feel stable. I ruminated roundabout 3 hours
I've always had sleep problems. Now I'm hooked on Xanax, which works very well for me, 3mg before bed - also mirtazapine/remeron works very well, but makes you fat, and diphenhydramine, as long as it's only taken a couple of days a week to avoid building tolerance, is quite useful. All are really bad for you though, and will eventually be the end of me.
