Didn't sleep well last 2 nights.
Anxiety/ discomfort is higher. Overheating. Being sick triggers CPTSD.
Too uncomfortable to sleep. Too exhausted to do anything. Or even engage with anything.
Was slightly sleepy earlier /so exhausted I was sleepy but now? Nope.
Im just casually suicidal today. Chronic health issues suck. They are so alienating. It is so miserable to not be able to decide how ima spend my day....
Tired of being sick and it hindering my days so severely.
Drinking a CBD drink to see if it helps a lil with the anxiety. I don't have any capsules left. Will get em tmrw but the drink works faster. I can feel it working already... gonna drink more...
ughhh so sick of POTS & PMDD. the anxiety it creates is sooo debilitating. Makes it hard to even lie down and get comfortable....
Tired of this shit... like any relief today is so minimal and barly lasts.
Ughhh well CBD drink is starting to take some effect but im extremely uncomfortable still...
