Discussion SI kicked me in the ass

I was half trying a bathub drowning. It wasn't a serious attempt, I just wanted to see how I would feel. The thub wasn't completly full.

It was terrible. SI causes much anxiety. Would being drunk alleviate this? Does alcohol reduce SI?

Sorry to hear . I would think so, but I also imagine it's a fine line between helping to reduce SI & making someone too useless to execute the task at hand.

SI is challenging me now at this moment too. It's very very very hard.

I understand. I wish I could go with a method that there is no chance of surviving (like jumping from a skyscraper).
