What are some methods to stop si in that moment and just do it?

I want to ctb today but it's a but difficult when I keep feeling so much si .

I have a really simple idea and I'm pretty sure it's going to work for me. So my plan was to put my head into the noose and literally glug and chug a ton of alcohol.So I am going to pass out. That's a guarantee. And when I pass out, I'm done. That's it. It should work.

The second way is to force through it. Don't think. Just go ahead and do it fast before your brain stops you. I think there are some cough syrups with the chemical that is able to make a drug called lean if you mix the syrup with a soda or something.
