As I start to feel dizzy i feel panic/fear kick in and I have to stop how to overcome this?

I find things are less nerve-racking when under the influence. But idk, that's just me.


Basically get drunk or high lol

Quickest way is to get someone to push you! Other than that- you could calm down by imagining how at peace you'd be after you've done it, rather than waiting again. Depending on the height you'll be dropping, you could reassure yourself that you'll snap your neck and it'll be over in a few seconds.. Not too helpful but yeah

For me, alcohol works. Others use benzodiazepines. It really depends on the individual. Best of luck
