Does anyone have any tips on dealing with SI during partial suspension. I keep on trying but i always end up chickening out as it feels like I'm about to pass and and it's just so frustrating, I feel so stupid for not being able to fully commit but I just can't seem to do it.
Same here. But in my case, I do pass out. It's when I come back that the SI kicks in (obviously) and I hate it. My advice is that you try again and check step by step. Don't eat or drink much before you try. And last but not least, just be sure if you really wanna do this. Maybe you can wait for a little while and rethink.
