Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I was wondering if alcohol could reduce pain and awareness if I didn't lose consciousness instantly

no, not worth the risk of your aim being worse while drunk.

Pain with shooting? Not possible if the shot hits your brain. It's way too fast for the brain to process it.

So I think that on this forum, we're not really allowed to provide advice on committing suicide. Like saying "Thing 1 is better than Thing 2." It puts people at risk. There's info about suicide methods, but we can't give each other personal specific advice on what is best.

Can I ask you why you're planning to ctb? You haven't posted here before except for 1 post. And if you don't want to reply to this post, it's fine.

I hope this isn't something you are either doing in a crisis situation (learning about bad news, sudden life change, etc) or that you're at a young age, or both. Sorry you are here and at this point.

Oof that wouldn't be me. People tend to get clumsy and emotional when drunk.

To answer your question, it would likely reduce pain and awareness certainly. But you really shouldn't be experiencing pain, it should be lights out before you can process anything.

It's just not worth it. Drunk kill is a drunk kill. Get sober or you're not ready.

I believe it's a bit more complicated. I'm from Poland and I could only afford two black powder revolvers but I have my concerns even though I will use both of them to minimize pain.

I didn't know that, I'm sorry. I have been planning it for past few months and tomorrow is the deadline. I really have no better choice but I still have my doubts, so I was curious if getting drunk would make this experience less unpleasant.

If you wanna miss out on pain, even though it usually doesn't come when doing a gunshot to the head, I'd recommend just regular painkillers over alcohol. I get that getting drunk will help you stay a little calmer, but if you fuck up your aim, you're at risk of even more pain.

I don't like the idea of a depressed drunk guy with a shotgun. Too much uncertainty, too many ways it can go wrong.
Please stay sharp while handling weapons.

No, don't. While it may help you overcome the fear of pulling the trigger, it could jeopardize your attempt.

You should get drunk and have fun and see if you still want to shoot yourself the day after
