I've seen one too. I'm torn between recommending that everyone search for it, because you'll never consider an under the chin shot again, and warning people against searching for it because it's nightmare fuel.

If someone wants to put the fear of god in themselves about what happens if you mess up, then yeah this'll do it but yeah definitely one of the worst gore videos I've ever seen.
