If i shot myself in the head with a shotgun will i have a peaceful death?

It'll be so fast, so probably. You'll be blown to bits before you can feel it, I bet. Make sure you aim for the brainstem, that's the goal. Although a shotgun will probably hit everything anyway. Shotgun is a great method if you have access to one (I'm jealous)

i don't have a shotgun but i am looking to get one. I have a mental health diagnosis so it will be hard

If you don't miss, you won't feel anything, but if you miss you get your face blown off without dying, that would be painful.

In the very rare situations where they survive, it's typically because they angled the gun too shallow and shoot their face off (and maybe hit their frontal lobe)
