• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

This website is the place which makes me feel like home...been a member here for more than 6 years and sad to say that my life hadn't improved much at all...but reading posts here makes me feel that I'm not the only one in the world who's depressed and thinking about ways to ctb...in the end you only have yourself and this website just proves that.

I upvote this sentiment

It's comfortable being in this community, because it feels like a community.

Sure it has loads of nice people, some grouchy ones, and the occasional undercover police just like any other community. But it's our community.

And that's kept me going since finding my way in.

Agreed. Even if i'm recent to this website, I can easily tell that i'm not alone despite the feeling of it.

i shill this NDE site some times, but the 2 things that help me cope are this SaSu forum, and also the NDE reports on this site here: https://research.iands.org/ndes/nde-stories/iands-nde-accounts.html

SaSu makes me feel like "you are not alone and there are other people that can understand you"
and the NDE site makes me feel like "every thing will be okay again eventually"

SS has truly helped me so much in finding a method I feel confident will work and not leave me completely disabled instead. Such a great site. It saddens me when I come across other suicidal people online and they have no idea a place like this even exists and just suggest non-methods to each other which could be damaging.

I honestly don't have any friends I can talk to about my feelings, but this forum is the only and best way I have to freely express what I feel, And even find people with the same problems as me, even though I've only been here for a short time, I honestly like this forum, it was the best thing I discovered this year.

Definitely agree ❤️ It's a little sad to watch people talk about how they want to ctb, and I cry when I come across goodbye threads. I joined only very recently this week but have met and spoken to many kind and interesting people!
