Yep, I take a lot more risks with alcohol and my medications, and my (already aggressive) driving somehow gets even more aggressive.

Yes I do I have been highly self destructive in the past and did bad drug combinations involving Benadryl alchohol energy drinks elavil and meth all together. Drank half a bottle of gin mixed with Benadryl and elavil. Have had problems with being hyper sexual. Used to black out on purpose because I didn't care. I tend to crave being in fucked up situations also.

Absolutely! The only time in over four decades of life I got arrested was due to the most severe manic episode I have ever had. I managed to struggle through 40 years, only to have my mental illness combine with a shit person to give me a record.

I'm hyper self destructive—haven't done hard drugs in recent years but if you count alcoholism, smoking, paying bills late, not exercising as "self destructive" then yes.

I had about 10 years wherein I took care of myself but now I can't be bothered.

CTB will be the best gift I give myself. And others around me.

Same here. Money management is certainly not one of my strengths.

It's usually when I'm hypomanic and start a new hobby or back then it was nice hotel rooms after I broke up with ex in Maine. Right after drove 24 hours straight from Maine to fl to get this girl that was partially reason I moved and she put me through insanity saying this fucked up group was after her.

I can be quite self destructive with my behaviours when I'm super low, yeah. From self harming to spending all the money I have to risky sex, you name it. I don't take good care of myself physically either... but that one is always the case.

It's all self though, like within. I rarely act out at people unless they purposely go out their way to piss me off.

In that state I'm... demonic. I can't describe it with other word.

Not just for me, I end ruining everything and harming people who is around me. I'm super self- destructive, but I also am destructive for others. I don't even notice it until it's too late. It sucks.

Yup. I do a lot of stupid things that I wouldn't do when I'm feeling better. I often hope that when I finally jump in front of a truck it will end up looking like an accident.

It would also be interesting to find out who would win: 20000kg vehicle or 75kg of mental illness?
