Help Rate my SN plan

So considering my SI and very hight anxiety I structurized next plan(fast while sleep and SN immediately):

1. Midnight - Shortly after my last meal I'm taking 30mg Valium and sleep for about 10 hours minimum which I consider enough for my stomach to fast and be empty. During sleep I won't feel SI.

2. Morning - When I'm gonna wake up my mind is still gonna be dull and SI will be unprovoked. I'm gonna take 30mg of antiemetics immediately and wait for 40 minutes. I'm still considering taking some more benzos(20mg) to calm my anxiety and get rid of subsequent pain.

3. Drink SN after 40 minutes.

My main fear is that my stomach will be stressed by so much amount of drugs and that benzos tolerance wil affect bad me in the morning. What's your opinion?

Just use nitrogen with a full face mask. Less stress
