My uncle raped me when I was 9, and has blackmailed me with my own nudes to continue pleasing him sexually. I can't take it anymore, my family don't know and if they did they wouldn't care, dad is smoking and beats me regularly, I just want to know how to make sure I don't end up being disabled and kill myself properly.​

as far as i know, for the first link is that these methods wouldn't be listed if they didn't work.
The only methods I have any "experience" with, are Full Suspension Hanging (FSH), Partial Hanging, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Sodium Nitrite (SN), Potassium Nitrite (KN) and heights.

I'm very sorry this happened to you. Just curious, why did you name your account after him?

Also, he can't release your nudes without revealing that he has produced and retains possession of CP, which would result in jail time for him. Have you considered turning him into the police?
