If I were to fall off an overpass that's a little higher than usually, will I die? If not, will I at least pass out? I would like to fall on my back. Don't really feel comfortable going head first.

As far as I kow you need at least 50 meters to have a comfortable height. If you really want to land your back you will surely need a lot more

You don't want to risk breaking your back and becoming paralysed because then you'll just be trapped in your body.
