Psilocybin (magic mushroom) microdosing

I thought I'd share my experiences with it to manage my depression and suicidality:

So I've been microdosing psilocybin via tea for the past two weeks, taking it every three days.

So far, it's worked better than any anti depressant I've used (sertraline and Lexapro and lithium) without any side effects that'd you get from ssris (fatigue, insomnia, hunger pain, sexual dysfunction).

I get a little buzz after I take it (not getting high by any means) like I can take on the world. I haven't been acutely suicidal or thought about suicide all that much. It's very weird to exist without being suicidal after experiencing for so long. I'm not "cured" by any means just numbed up enough that I can function normally.

I think it works because I've just received some very irritating life news, normally the kind of thing that'd send me into a suicidal spiral, but I've taken it in stride and my mood hasn't change.

For disclosure, I'm also using magnesium and lithium supplements which may be contributing.

That is so good it's helping! I might actually try macrodosing soon also. Tripping really helps me in the moment but long term I tend to spiral, so I might as well try this.

Never tried em but apparently these things are supposed to grow on just the sort of cow dung covered fields that are everywhere around where I live and they're sposed to be popping up right about this time of the year. Would be cool if I happened upon some huge mass of them.

Yep, my mood is lifted (haven't been acutely suicidal like I was for weeks prior to my starting). I haven't noticed any discernable side effects like I did with ssris/lithium.

Has it helped , hurt or no change to libido.. ? I'm perpetually feeling miserable.. no feel good chemicals.. drive is totally gone. No matter what I take.. cocaine doesn't even lift me.. pharma fucked me so hard .

It's approximately 0.1g per serving. I bought the tea off etsy so it's in a tea bag along with other stuff.

Unless you're in one of the lucky places in the world where it's considered medical treatment or decriminalized, you're gonna have to acquire it through not legal means because in the US, if that's where you are (where I am) it's considered in the same category as meth and heroin although it's typically at the bottom of police interests to pursue

it feelz lik a bit of a roller coaster going up non stop. start wit .1 gram. no past .5 gram. experiment wit what feel good for u. dont make any plannn for 3 hour after microdose.

magi shroms illegil in my province. but me grow other kind of mushy.need help ask me.
